What do I need to bring to class? 


Not much, actually! The most important thing to bring is an open mind, a willingness to be coached, and trust in our team in helping you be the best version of yourself. We pride ourselves on being a very welcoming community where the only thing that will get you injured in our box is ego-SAFETY FIRST is our mantra in every class. 

In terms of equipment, it’s pretty simple – gym or running shoes, t-shirt, shorts or workout pants. That’s it!

Remember a lot of CrossFit movements you are already doing in your life – balancing (like when you stretch overhead to get something down), lifting (like picking up groceries), squatting (to either a chair or the porcelain throne), running (ok scale this back to walking perhaps) and jumping (scale this to walking up the stairs). 

Whatever you can do now for these movements in your everyday life, can be built upon with the coach’s help at CrossFit Lunacy. 

You don’t need to be "in shape" to come.  You can have bad knees, sore shoulders and aching feet-movement can help these problems tremendously!

Our coaches are trained to scale workouts to accommodate YOUR physical challenges.
