March & April announcements

I am very happy to announce we will be hosting the 2nd Annual “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” event on Saturday, April 29th! For those of you who were around for the 1st event, you know how amazing it was. For those of you who weren’t, here is your chance to experience it! 

As a community we will be supporting Guidance By Li in her active pursuit of personal health & well being. Not only will we work beside Liane in this event, we will forever be beside her supporting her through this journey. If you know her, you love every piece of her, it’s very hard not to! ♥️ 

She Can’t Stop and trust me she Won’t Stop! 

All of the proceeds will go to Can Do MS. 💪🏼

I am posting to our group, and will be announcing in classes first.

 If you would like to sign up a team, please do so this week.

It will be posted externally over the weekend.

 Spots are limited (approx 18 teams). 
There will also be food provided!

🔸 THE OPEN starts in just a few weeks! If you have not signed up yet, you definitely should! 💪🏼There will be more to come on Friday Night Lights 2/17, 2/24, & 3/3. As class times will be different, and there will be festivities! 🥳

🔸 SUNDAY 2/12 we will be celebrating our 3rd anniversary (it is officially 2/14, along with a special Bday, and Valentines Day!) - but Sunday seems like a better day to celebrate! There will be two morning classes (9 & 10:15a), followed by celebratory treats! 😋🧁🎈🎉
NO open gym that day! 

🔸KID CLASS starting Saturday 2/25 
(5 week session). Noah will be running two classes (5-8 & 9-12 yr old). For these 5 weeks open gym will run 9:30-11:30a on Saturdays.

January & February  Announcements & Reminders!

🎁🎄Come join us on Saturday 12/3 to raise some cash for a local charity.. 🥰✨

‘Tis the season for giving. Bonus, get your fitness on while having a blast with friends!  

Upon arrival that morning, you will have a chance to vote for one of 3 charities, all the proceeds go to the highest vote. 🎁

Workouts will be posted over the weekend, and have options for all levels. I think you will all love the lineup! #teamwork

✨Food & fun following! If anyone wants to sign up to bring a dish, great! There will be a sheet at the gym. I will fill in the blanks! 😉 Bring a chair, bring a cooler, and bring your A game…✨

♥️You can sign up for the event at the gym, or drop your name here! Last call will be Friday 11/24, as teams and heats will need to be drawn up.  

🥰 If you are not interested in teaming up, and would like to volunteer to help out that day & just hang out, it’s also an option! However I would love to see everyone participate! 💪🏼

**Also! If you are interested in volunteering the day of the charity event (12/3) let Lisa know!!! We will need a few judges and a pit crew! 😂**

Here is an easy way to sign up for a dish you’d like to bring. I put 5 per category to make it easy, but feel free to go past the 5 and bring whatever inspires you! 🍽️🍔🍪🍭🍹

On 2/14/20 I opened the doors, & CrossFit Lunacy was a blank canvas. Over the past 1095 days, we have brought that to life, with color, and personality, and laughter. We have grown into one very special community that I am grateful for everyday!! ♥️  
Please join us this Sunday for a wod & celebration of ALL the things… 
3rd Anniversary
Valentine’s Day
Dee’s Birthday (month!)
…and now we can add Super Bowl!
